The oldest castle of Burgenland, the castle of Güssing waits its visitors from Eastern to the end of October with exhibitions, the traditional castle games int he summer and with musicals and concerts.After the end of recovery we can pleasure the 200 years old form of it. We can reach the castle from the parking space by lift, where we have a great sight to the landscape.After more holders, the castle belonged to the Batthyány family since 1524. Since 1870 it is the property of a foundation.
